Our Clinic : Changes to Billing and Financial Accounts

We would like to inform our families that we will be changing our billing system. For the past 3 years, we have used Ascend Health Services for our insurance and patient billing. Beginning October 1, 2009, we will be doing our own billing here in the office in order to offer our clients with better customer service for thier accounts.

Due to this transition, you may receiving two separate statements for visits before October 1st and visits after October 1st. Both statements will have to paid and submitted separately. We will also be updating insurance information and financial policies in our new system, so please be prepared with your insurance card and driver's license when you arrive at our office for your visit. Should you have any questions about your statements, please do not hesitate to ask our staff for assistance.
